At present, we accept EFT payments via all major South African banks, along with cash deposits and cash payments.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover time and resources allocated. In the case of same-day cancellations or no-shows, a full service fee may apply.
For services affected by weather conditions, such as tree felling or certain garden services, we may reschedule at no additional cost for safety reasons.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and any payments made will be credited or refunded accordingly.

We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning and outdoor services. If you are not fully satisfied with any part of our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. Our team will assess the issue and return to correct it at no additional cost, where applicable.
